Welcome to Auburn Real Estate Blog!! We are Paul van Altena and Nancy Nebilak, loan consultant and realtor respectively. We’ve lived in the Auburn, CA area for around 20 years. Our diverse work experiences also serve our clients. Paul’s experience as a general contractor & Nancy’s experience as a landscape designer in the local community mean more ways to create value in real estate.We met 8 years ago and began investing in real estate, and never stopped! After a lot of learning experiences and successes we decided to help other people invest in real estate and create their own successes. In this day and age most everyone is becoming painfully aware that if they desire a great retirement, they must create it themselves, instead of relying on an employer or the government. A great real estate investment consists of the right property as well as the right financing. The wrong financing can turn an otherwise great investment into a nightmare.
